Victoria Worthy joined HPSJ as the CIO in December 2022, with over 12 years of experience working with local health plans in California. Victoria has demonstrated abilities in both a technical and business operations capacity and is an advocate to bridge the gap that naturally exists between business and technology by leveraging operational knowledge of industry and business operations while staying abreast of information technology changes. During her tenure in the California Managed Medi-Cal space, she has developed extensive experience in managing various complex technical disciplines, project portfolio management, risk management, and process improvement.
Victoria has a master’s degree, PMP certification, and a Scrum certification. She is affiliated with several Boards, Associations, and Leadership programs which includes ACAP Leadership Academy, QNXT User Group, Project Management Institute (PMI), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and Women in Healthcare Information Technology (WHIT).

Sherri Zink is senior vice president and chief data and engagement officer for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, which has 6,000 employees and serves more than 3.5 million members in the state and across the country.
She oversees the data management functions for the enterprise and leads the data science and analytics center of excellence. As the chief data and engagement officer, Zink owns the corporate-wide analytics strategy and promotes data as a cross-corporate asset by turning information into action that results in healthier, more informed members.
While leading the Information Delivery division at BlueCross, Zink’s team earned over a dozen awards for its use of data to improve efficiency and quality, including:

Prior to joining BCBST, Zink served as vice president of data and analytics for Optum and as director of reporting strategies for CIGNA. She has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry serving in multiple roles at three major health care insurers. Her experience primarily focuses on clinical and financial data integration, clinical value-based reporting, customer consultation and account management.
Zink graduated from Covenant College with a Bachelor of Science in organizational management. She also holds an Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in information systems technology from Chattanooga State Technical Community College. Zink currently serves as co-chair of the BCBST Client Advisory Board as well as the UTC MSDA Program Advisory Board. She is also an active member of the Blue Health Intelligence (BHI) Strategic Data Analytics Advisory Board, the Softheon Executive Advisory Council, and the Gartner Data Analytics Research Board.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, digital technology, and community leadership, Rita Sharma has a record of driving the integration of traditional healthcare practices and science with advanced digital technology to improve healthcare delivery, patient care, and outcomes. Rita currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Pager, a leading digital health company that provides a care navigation and wellness experience through AI-enabled technology and concierge clinical services on in partnership with health plans, employers, and hospital systems. At Pager, Rita is responsible for leading the product team and the creation, innovation and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Pager Health, the leading health and wellbeing platform. Rita also leads the development of go-to-market strategies and solutions in engagement, navigation, virtual care, wellbeing, and value-based care on a global scale.
Rita came to Pager from Salesforce, where she served as GM for Healthcare & Life Sciences. While at Salesforce, Sharma directed the development and global release of the company’s first healthcare product, Health Cloud. Prior to joining Salesforce, Rita served as the Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at Glooko, Inc. in San Francisco, CA. She was also the CEO & Co-Founder of FoundHealth.com and the Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Diabetes Management at LifeScan, a Johnson & Johnson Company. Rita received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and went on to earn an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, with Honors, from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition to her academic achievements, Rita has also completed the Innovative Healthcare Leader Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She was recognized by Becker’s as a top Health IT leader.
