Dean Noble-Tolla

Dean oversees the development of the most advanced AI model in healthcare. Throughout his career,he has leveraged his deep understanding of data throughout the healthcare system to develop strategies, drive growth, and build new technologies. He has worked with health plans and healthcare providers for over 15 years to build AI and machine learning predictive models, construct data pipelines, and develop analytics infrastructure.

Dean’s career has given him a unique perspective on the US healthcare system’s data streams and business models through his work with numerous regional and blues plans and many of the 10 most extensive national plans. Through his work at Prealize Health, Dean has brought to market a unique AI model capable of identifying who is rising in risk and when that risk will occur and which conditions are driving it.

Before joining Prealize, he built predictive models that uncovered over $40M in annual medical waste, automated in-home care authorization, triaged high-risk wound care cases and enabled proactive palliative care. Before working in healthcare, Dean worked on the science of aging, life expectancy predictions and their impact on annuity risk, systems biology, and synthetic biology. Dean received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Georgia and his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from UC Davis.

Mike Treash

Mike is responsible for corporate operations, relying on data and analytics to maximize positive health outcomes for HAP members. He is particularly proud of the cultural transformation he’s helped engineer at HAP as the organization continues to improve workflow and decision-making to expedite customer service and care. He enjoys the creativity and freedom of working with a team deeply committed to delivering better results to HAP members.

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in health care and financial services. Before joining HAP in 2017, he served as vice president of enterprise operations for Priority Health. Prior to that, he held numerous management positions– including with health plans and hospital systems in Missouri and Texas, as well as in advisory services at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for health care strategy.

An avid traveler, Mike enjoys trips with his wife and children to destinations across the United States and Europe. Growing up in a small town in western Michigan, he brings an appreciation for understanding different perspectives and cultures to his work at HAP.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in public administration from Arizona State University.
