As Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, Banner|Aetna,Robert is responsible for physician leadership in population health management. He’s also responsible for delivering on clinical performance and utilization management in the volume-to-value transition.

He earned his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed Internal Medicine training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He also completed fellowships in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Reetika Kumar, MD, FACP

Reetika is an accomplished physician executive with expertise in the hospital and healthcare industries. With over 14 years in managed care and 25 years as a physician, she is a trusted, sought-after speaker and esteemed voice in the healthcare community.

In her role, she manages full accountability for pharmacy profit and loss, pharmacy clinical programs, and pharmacy sales and product development, including oversight of work related to the organization’s partnership with Optum, a healthcare services provider with services related to technology, pharmacy care, and various direct health care initiatives. She also serves as the clinical face of the organization’s sales and marketing activities for health, pharmacy, and ancillary products.

Reetika joined IBX in 2017, she took on the role of Market Medical Executive and vice president of Clinical Solutions in 2020. Before that, she served as vice president of Clinical Services for AmeriHealth Administrators and Chief Clinical Officer with Jefferson Health Plans.

Outside of her role at IBX, Reetika serves as a board member and advisor to non-profit organizations across the greater Philadelphia region, including POWER for Professional Women, the Kaitlyn Murphy Foundation, Chimes, and Fred’s Footsteps. She is a member of CHIEF Network.

Reetika is board-certified in internal medicine, having done her residency at Johns Hopkins University Sinai Hospital and earned her medical degree from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College.

Sebastian Seiguer

In 2014, Sebastian spun Scene out of Johns Hopkins with Dr. Bob Bollinger and other medication adherence experts to help communities served by public health departments, health plans including Medicaid and Medicare, and health systems. Scene is now the standard of care for infectious disease adherence monitoring and is scaling quickly. Sebastian started his career as an attorney with Allen & Overy in London before launching his first company in Munich, Germany, in 2000. He earned his law degree from Columbia Law School and his MBA in Health Care from Johns Hopkins University.
