Kim Barrus began her career with SelectHealth 26 years ago and has worked in various capacities. She developed the SelectHealth Advanced Primary Care (a.k.a. patient-centered medical home) program. She facilitated the initial pilots of the program in 2010. Today the program has 1,240 participating providers at 222 participating clinics. In her current role, Kim oversees quality, medical home, NCQA accreditation, HEDIS and CMS Stars. Kim is a registered nurse who received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). 

Samuel Karns

Samuel Karns is a passionate speaker for telehealth, rural health and library services. Currently he serves as a consultant with Oklahoma Complete Health. He leads initiatives to expand telehealth and rural healthcare. With prior experience in the Oklahoma broadband office he contributed to the states five-year action plan through extensive outreach and data collection. Samuel also provided consulting services at the Oklahoma Department of libraries supporting 28 libraries into County systems. And worked with the Department of corrections to enhance library access for the incarcerated.

Brindha Sridhar is the Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy at MetroPlusHealth, New York City’s high-quality health plan for over 712,000 members. Brindha oversees the strategic planning, development, and implementation of company-wide initiatives that improve customer relations, brand loyalty and profitability. With a proven track record of organizational transformations around customer impact, strategy and culture, Brindha brings innovation and customer-centricity to the foresight. With previous roles at Fortune 500 companies in the US and Europe and experience working in Latin America and Asia, Brindha offers a unique perspective on health care through her experience of acquiring and retaining customers in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and payers.

Jessica Vander Zanden

Jessica Vander Zanden brings over a decade of leadership and diverse expertise to her role as Vice President of Operations. Beginning her career as a social worker at Network Health, Jessica has demonstrated a profound ability to translate her skills across various domains, spearheading successful initiatives in compliance, privacy, corporate integrity, human resources, and more.

Jessica holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s in Organizational Business and Business Leadership from Silver Lake College, Manitowoc, WI. Her academic background is complemented by certifications in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association, Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University, and Gerontology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker in Wisconsin, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
