In her role, Vandna leverages her experience in quality and risk adjustment operations to support members and providers regarding performance reporting and the member and provider experience. Her area of influence spans analytics, plan operations and digital integration of data and processes in the transition to interoperability.
Before AmeriHealth, Vandna worked for several national health plans, including Aetna, several Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Centene. She has successfully led several health plans through NCQA Accreditation, managed HEDIS® reporting, improvement and outreach, and helped develop and implement a successful provider profiling and performance measurement program.
In addition to her health plan experience, Vandna managed Risk Adjustment Client Operations for Evolent Health, is a former certified HEDIS® Compliance Auditor and led project management and client solutions for a retrieval, abstraction/coding and analytics vendor, supporting health plans and provider groups in their efforts to optimize revenue and improve quality within their populations.
Vandna attended the University of California at Berkeley as an undergraduate and received her Master’s in Public Health from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Tracy Saula is senior vice president and chief product experience officer of Highmark Health, a $27 billion blended health organization that includes one of America’s largest Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers and a growing regional hospital and physician network. Highmark Health’s 44,000 employees serve millions of customers nationwide through Highmark Inc., Allegheny Health Network, HM Insurance Group, United Concordia Dental, enGen, and Helion.
In this role, Tracy is responsible for leading the teams that develop health plan insurance products, revolutionizing the digital experience, and designing solutions aimed at optimizing the health care experience for customers and clinicians. These solutions include offerings designed to manage or improve a person’s physical, mental, and social health—with the goal of simplifying the care journey and addressing head-on all things consumers find frustrating about the health care system. In addition, the focus on clinician support by addressing the barriers that make it difficult for them to do what they do best – all supported by a new, transformative digital experience.

As senior vice president and chief operating officer, Mike Treash is responsible for corporate operations, relying on data and analytics to maximize positive health outcomes for HAP members. He is particularly proud of the cultural transformation he’s helped engineer at HAP as the organization continues to improve workflow and decision-making to expedite customer service and care. He enjoys the creativity and freedom of working with a team that is deeply committed to delivering better results to HAP members.
Mike has more than 25 years of experience in health care and financial services. Before joining HAP in 2017, he served as vice president of enterprise operations for Priority Health. Prior to that, he held numerous management positions– including with health plans and hospital systems in Missouri and Texas as well as in advisory services at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for health care strategy.
An avid traveler, Mike enjoys trips with his wife and children to destinations across the United States and Europe. Growing up in a small town in western Michigan, he brings an appreciation for understanding different perspectives and cultures to his work at HAP.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in public administration from Arizona State University.
