ERIC GLAZER

CEO, Bright Spots Ventures; Executive Producer & Host, Bright Spots in Healthcare

Eric is the founder and CEO of Bright Spots Ventures, which produces the Bright Spots in Healthcare podcast, webinar series, and leadership councils. With almost three decades in healthcare innovation, he specializes in high-impact events, telehealth solutions, and executive peer-to-peer forums.

Prior to dedicating his time to Bright Spots Ventures full-time, Eric spent 13 years at Teladoc Health leading solution strategy across primary care, mental health, expert medical opinion, and telemedicine. His efforts transformed the company’s storytelling approach and contributed to a 3x improvement in sales win rate. He also launched and led Teladoc’s Health Plan Advisory Council, engaging executives from leading national health plans in an ongoing peer-to-peer learning opportunity that inspired the creation of similar councils at Bright Spots.

Eric has also served as executive producer and host of the Bright Spots in Healthcare podcast since its inception in 2014.

Haritha Krishnarathnam

Head of Production Strategy and Operations

Haritha serves as Head of Production Strategy and Operations at Bright Spots Ventures. In this role, she leads a team of experienced producers who execute comprehensive strategies to secure expert speakers for every event and learning opportunity. With over a decade of conference experience across healthcare, technology, and social innovation, Haritha combines strategic vision with operational excellence to ensure Bright Spots clients achieve exceptional results and build meaningful results.

Haritha specializes in content curation and purpose-driven storytelling that drives influence and action among healthcare executives. Her seamless execution of complex event operations delivers the caliber of programming that defines the Bright Spots experience.

Previously, she held senior content strategy roles at World Health Congress and  thINc – The Healthcare Innovation Company and Validation Institute. There, she led large-scale C-suite convenings across the healthcare ecosystem. She also volunteers with A Compassionate World, supporting communications and advocacy for compassionate, sustainable living.
